DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION?
Frequently asked questions
Whether it’s a question for our events team or the café we may have the answer below.
Please enquire if you do not find what you are looking for.
EVENT CATERING
Use the enquire form online or email us with your event type, date, and location, how many people and menu style.
Once we have your detailed brief, we will put together a bespoke quote that we believe suits your requirements with suggested menu options, the equipment required and our recommended staffing.
Should you want to book with us, we will send you a deposit invoice. Once paid, the date is reserved for you.
We do not have set event packages and offer a bespoke quote for each event. If you already have a particular event or a venue in mind along with the style of food and guest numbers, we can provide a ballpark figure to give you an idea of the event costs.
As a rule, we do not have fixed menus. Whilst our wealth of knowledge and menus are at our fingertips, we always like to start by asking what you envision your menu to be and then we can help build from there.
We are based in the Cotswolds though we are more than happy to travel throughout the UK, the more appropriate answer to the above question is ‘where would you like us?’
We are recommended caterers at several Cotswold wedding and event venues, we have catered in stately homes, beautiful historic London venues, purpose-built marquees, tipi’s and even a Cornish castle, so we are well versed in delivering exceptional food and service in extremely varied and challenging surroundings.
Yes, absolutely! Please get in contact to organise with our event team.
Call or email us to arrange a meeting to discuss your event. This can be at our Cotswold café, your home, or the event venue.
For most event we will do a site visit to ensure we have the correct equipment and kitchen space necessary for your event. Some smaller events and private dining’s we can organise a skype or photo tour of your home/venue.
We will finalise your menu at least one month before your event. Final numbers must be confirmed two weeks prior to your event. Any changes made after these dates may be made chargeable.
As each event is bespoke, we do not have in house tableware. We take your vision, your mood board, Pinterest page and use our extension knowledge of the best suppliers to help create your desired look. This may include chairs, linen, napkins, glasses, crockery, cutlery, and all table décor.
