Passionate about producing beautiful experiences for you and your guests and delivering the highest quality in the often-challenging environments. Dan has been catering for too many years to list, which includes stints in prestigious restaurants in the UK and Australia, a huge amount of experience of producing events at the highest level from intimate dinners, elaborate weddings through to catering for hundreds even thousands of guests.

Chef, baker, a huge amount of experience in wedding catering, regularly found producing wonderful bakes ‘At Great Tew”, loves the day-to-day buzz of our busy café. A true team player.

Mary Franklin

HEAD CHEF AT GREAT TEW

Mary Franklin

Before joining the Quince and Clover team, Mary had 13 years of Michelin starred restaurant service on her CV so she knows how to run a kitchen – predominately found in Great Tew, Mary runs a smooth operation with a level of consistency and attention to detail that cannot be faulted. Loves to be ‘behind the scenes’ though is very much a driving force and an essential cog in all things culinary.

Bradley Holland

Joining the Quince and Clover events team in early 2021, Brad has a huge amount of experience in event catering from vast sporting events to fine dining weddings. Having worked closely with Dan in previous roles over the past 15 years Brad has seamlessly fitted in to our operation. With excellent attention to detail from sourcing the best seasonal produce to delicately presenting thoughtfully prepared dishes, Brad runs a professional kitchen that delivers excellent results. With a passion for exciting new food trends, Brad keeps our menus modern and delivering the classics to a very high standard which helps to set our food apart from the rest.

Madison Pieper

Our resident Aussie, extremely organised and calm which makes for a very smooth event. Works tirelessly in pre-event planning, attention to detail on the event set up and then delivering on your event day. Maddi is our go to, our front of house that has all the answers.

Consistently brilliant. Lily has been with us since the start of our Great Tew café. Lily has a wonderful quiet efficiency that makes Great Tew tick, effortlessly providing attentive customer service that is evident whether she is working at Great Tew or on one of our events. Join the team

We are growing the kitchen team – looking for an enthusiastic hard-working chef to join our full-time team “At Great Tew” 5 days per week, great working environment, working hours can be set/flexible if required, predominately 0730-1700. Must be a team player and passionate about great food and service. Excellent opportunities for learning development within an exciting café and event catering business.

We love to meet freelance chefs – our events team have busy summer and winter seasons delivering fabulous parties, high end weddings and private dining events.

If you are passionate about food, you have attention to detail, a team player and would like to part of fabulous events business then please make contact.

We have a range of working hours available from full weeks employment to part time event support, experience is not essential it is more about your personality and spirit.

We are now recruiting, casual and regular part time, we have requirements for seasonal staff that are committed to working at fabulous events. You will be given full training though you must demonstrate a fabulous attitude to work and have a personality that shines.

Minimum age restrictions of 16, excellent working environment’s, support and pay.
