Boutique weddings
From intricate delicate plates to elegantly rustic feasts, we would love to be there for you on your special day. We deliver imaginative food, beautiful drinks and a professional service ensuring that you and your guests have the most wonderful wedding day or weekend to remember.
We offer bespoke menu design and provide a team of experienced event management, wait, bar and kitchen staff. We also provide all the equipment, tableware, linen, glass, and service ware required to deliver your menu and to suit your chosen table design.
Beautiful parties
Elaborate events in beautiful marquees, stately homes, iconic venues Quince and Clover can accommodate many different event styles, themes and requirements. From your initial brief we will provide creative ideas, seasonal and thoughtful food and drink options along with any special requests to make your event a seamless success.
Often working alongside an event planner or production company, we provide extensive ideas for menus and drinks plus a dedicated team to be there for you, not only delivering fabulous results on your event day though ensuring that both pre event set up and post event de rig is efficiently smooth.
Private dining at home
Chef table style dinner parties in private homes, bespoke menus to suit your brief, from intimate fine dining dinner parties to large family celebratory feasts, we can provide imaginative menus paired with attentive service and take the stress from entertaining at home. As on our large events, we can provide all aspects of food and beverage service for at home dining along with tableware, kitchen equipment hire, linen, crockery and cutlery – leaving very little for you to do!

Our menus
As a rule we don’t offer generic lists of menus as we prefer to understand your ideas, thoughts and requirements before putting pen to paper. From your initial brief we create a bespoke menu along with a few of our tried and tested favourites, suggesting a style of service and presentation which we feel fits. We use the best suppliers locally here in the Cotswolds and throughout the British Isles to pull together imaginative seasonal dishes that make our menus stand out from the usual event catering crowd.
We have our own Quince and Clover style of delivery and presentation which we know works well and receives wonderful feedback, at the same time we love to keep evolving and moving forward. We keep up to date with new ideas and food seasons, writing bespoke and often very personalised menus to elevate your initial ideas into a menu that perfectly captures your brief.

We work closely with you and your planning team to create a seamless event day, usually the first onsite and the last to leave.
We work quite differently to most catering businesses often taking on more responsibility than just delicious food, we provide a complete food and beverage offer to include fabulous cocktails, assist with table design, all aspects of equipment hire and we can also recommend other suppliers which we know would help turn your event ideas into reality.

Like our events and menus, pricing is very much specific to each event. Once we fully understand your requirements, we are then able to provide you with an itemised catering proposal.
If you already have a particular event or a venue in mind along with the style of food and guest numbers, we can provide a ballpark figure to give you an idea of event costs. Please see our pricing guide.

Where can you find us?
Private parties, weddings, birthday celebrations…
We are based in the Cotswolds though we are more than happy to travel throughout the UK, the more appropriate answer to the above question is ‘where would you like us?’
We are recommended caterers at several Cotswold wedding and event venues, we have catered in stately homes, beautiful historic London venues, purpose-built marquees, tipi’s and even a Cornish castle, so we are well versed in delivering exceptional food and service in extremely varied and challenging surroundings.
